IMPORTANT: Please read these Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before agreeing to receive text or email messages from Unstoppable Handyman Services. These Terms include binding arbitration and a class action waiver, which affect your legal rights. By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Messaging Services
By signing up, you agree to receive recurring automated and personalized messages from Unstoppable Handyman Services. These may include appointment reminders, service updates, promotions, and follow-ups related to your request. Messages may be sent via SMS, MMS, or email using automated systems.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary. Unstoppable Handyman Services reserves the right to change the frequency of messages or the phone number used to send them at any time. You will be notified of significant changes when applicable.
Delivery Disclaimer
Not all mobile devices or carriers are supported. Unstoppable Handyman Services is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation (Opt-Out)
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
Requests that do not include these keywords may not be recognized. If you are subscribed to multiple messaging programs, you must opt out of each separately.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Agreement to Arbitrate
You agree that any dispute related to these Terms or messaging services will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court. You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Arbitration Process
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. More information is available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879.
Notice Requirement
Before filing for arbitration, you must send written notice by certified mail to:

The notice must describe the issue and the requested resolution. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days before initiating arbitration.
Fees
Arbitration fees will follow AAA rules. For claims under $10,000, Unstoppable Handyman Services will cover arbitration fees unless the claim is deemed frivolous. Each party is responsible for their own legal and related costs.
No Class Actions
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity. Class actions and representative proceedings are not permitted, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims.
Changes to Terms
Unstoppable Handyman Services may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of messaging services after updates means you accept the revised Terms. If material changes are made, you will be notified and given an opportunity to opt out.
Enforceability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in effect. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration agreement will not apply.
